After-Hours Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system in Wisconsin Place has been designed with floor by floor operating zones so that systems on individual floors may be operated at any time, including off-hours. Please submit a Tenant Work Order to the Property Management office 48 hours in advance to arrange for extra HVAC service.

Appropriate charges will apply. Please contact Property Management office for a schedule of rates.

Please note that these rates will also apply to holidays listed in the Building Management section of this handbook unless otherwise specified in tenant’s lease.
