Billable Tenant Work Order Requests

We are also available to assist you with minor services and maintenance of tenant space not included in normal service. This is accomplished through the use of the same tenant work order request website described above, BPTenantServices.com.

In many cases our building engineers will do minor work and in other cases they can arrange to contract work such as carpet replacement and repainting.

The work order request is used as our authorization to proceed with the work and estimates are available upon request. A management fee is added to our actual costs as compensation for overhead and services.
