Tenant Handbook

General Requests and BP Tenant Services

For your convenience, requests for service can be made on the tenant services web site bptenantservices.com . Upon move-in you will be supplied a user name and password to access the site. Once in, you will follow a user-friendly menu-driven format to inform us of your request, typically referred to as a Tenant Work Order. For further instructions on the submission of Tenant Work Orders, please see BP Tenant Services Quick Reference Guide found under the Tenant Forms tab at www.wisconsinplaceoffice.com.

However, for those without internet access, we ask that you contact the Property Manager's office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by phone at (301) 968-0690 or that you send an email to a member of the Property Management team.

After receiving the request from the tenant, the Property Management office will prepare a Tenant Work Order on behalf of the tenant. The work order will be routed to the appropriate individual (building engineer/janitorial, etc.) for action. After completion of the task, the individual performing the work will comment on the actions taken and resubmit the work order to the Property Management office.

By transmitting all requests through the tenant services system, we are able to record the nature of each request, the time it was made and the time the request was fulfilled. We will also be able to follow up with your contact person to ensure proper action has been taken. With this procedure, we will be able to monitor the promptness of our personnel's response and the quality of their work.
